On its inception, Hillstec Investments (Private) Limited mainly focused on the property sales, property valuation, property management, property development and auctioneering of third part immovable properties.
A licence was granted by the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe to practice as a real estate company after satisfying all the necessary statutory requirements.

Synopsis of experience: Katazo has over 25 years’ experience in property management, property valuations and property sales. He worked for some of the major real estate and property companies in Zimbabwe. He is now the managing director of Hillstec Real Estate; principal registered estate agent; land and buildings principal valuer.
Edson Fungayi Mutodzwa - Executive Director:
Key Area: Real Estate Development, project management and marketing. He is a keen reader on property and Investments publications. Has a passion for real estate and property development. Edson has handled successful projects such as servicing of stands in Mzari Extension in Chinhoyi, Mutare, Kadoma. He also successfully presided over the construction and completion of a cluster housing project in Harare’s Greendale low density suburb and many other projects dotted around the country.
He is a holder of a Diploma in Marketing and he is currently studying for a diploma in real estate with the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe. He has vast experience in the real estate industry in which he worked for various established real estate organisations in Zimbabwe.
